1327, also known as the Toretto House[1] is the residence of the Toretto Family, located in a suburban neighborhood of Los Angeles.
History
Home of the Torettos
The house was originally owned by Jack Toretto, a prominent stock race driver and the father of Dominic, Jakob, and Mia. The Toretto siblings were raised at 1327 by their parents and remained at their family's residence well into adulthood.[2]
The Fast and the Furious
Following the destruction of Brian's 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse, which Brian owed to Dom, as well as saving Dom from the police, Dominic invited him to his home as a way of thanking him. His presence put Dominic's friends, Letty, Leon, Jesse and Vince on edge and created distrust in the atmosphere of the party taking place in his living room. While Vince was vocal about his mistrust of Brian, Dominic and Mia welcomed him into their home, and eventually he integrated into their makeshift family. The house soon became a center of conflict when a runaway Jesse returned to Dominic with the car he owed Johnny Tran. When Jesse was killed in Lance and Johnny Tran's drive-by, Mia was the only person left at the house with Jesse's body.
Fast & Furious
Following the disappearance of her brother, Mia continued to live at the family home. She was visited frequently by Letty, who attempted to repair the damaged Dodge Charger Dominic used in his race against Brian before disappearing. When Mia learned of Letty's death, she called her brother in Panama to let him know.[3]
Mia attended her funeral and returned home to find her brother waiting for her. When Dominic and Brian began searching Los Angeles for the whereabouts of Letty's killer, they frequently returned to 1327 until they were forced to depart.[3]
Fast & Furious 6
On account of the crimes they committed when preventing Dominic from being sent to prison, the Torettos were forced to live outside of the States in countries without extradition treaties. As a result, 1327 was abandoned for several years and Mia's son, Jack, was born outside the States, namely, in the Canary Islands of Spain.[4]
When DSS agent Luke Hobbs brought word of Letty's survival, Dominic arranged it so that, if they helped Hobbs capture Owen Shaw, their criminal records would be expunged and they would be able to return home to Los Angeles. When Owen was apprehended, Hobbs made good on his promise and the Torettos were able to return home to 1327, having a barbecue there to celebrate.[4]
Furious 7

Brian, Dominic and Mia lived together in the Toretto family home, raising Mia's son, Jack. While Mia grew accustomed to her life back at home with Jack and Dominic, it was apparent that Brian had not. Mia expressed her concerns for her family as Dominic realized the package sent from Tokyo, thought to be car parts sent by Han Seoul-Oh, was a bomb sent by Deckard Shaw, Owen's older brother.[5]
Dominic and Mia ware barely able to avoid the explosion that destroyed their home. Realizing that they were in danger, Dominic sent Mia and Jack to the Dominican Republic, where they remained until Deckard's arrest and the death of Mose Jakande.[5]
Even though the house was destroyed, the garage remained undamaged. Before their final confrontation, Dominic went to the garage and prepared his Charger and other weapons for his battle with Deckard.
F9
Six years after its destruction, 1327 was being reconstructed. After the successful mission with Project Aries, Dom and his crew returned to the house for a barbecue. However, before they said grace, Brian arrived in his blue Nissan Skyline to join his former crew mates.
Fast X
Before 2022, the Toretto House was rebuilt, allowing Dominic to live there peacefully with Letty and Brian Marcos. After Dom teaches Brian a lesson about driving, they return to the house with the other team members for another lunch, where Dom's grandmother, Abuelita Toretto gave a speech about the massive family they've built and the many obstacles they've went through on their missions.
That night, a wounded Cipher travels to the Toretto House to warn Dom about the threat posed by Dante Reyes, the son of fallen drug kingpin Hernan Reyes who seeks retribution on Dom and his family/associates for the Vault Heist in Rio de Janeiro a decade prior. Despite the hostile meeting, Cipher explains that Dante turned her own operatives against her and that he would come after them. The next morning, an Agency team under Little Nobody arrive and take Cipher into custody. After Little Nobody told Dom and Letty that there was no mission in Rome and learned that it’s a trap, the trio head there to rescue their crew while Dom has Mia keep an eye on Little B.
After Dom and his crew were framed as International terrorists by Dante following a bombing that devastated a portion of Rome, Aimes, the de-facto leader of the Agency who was decrypt a double agent working for Dante, had the Agency sever ties with Dom's crew and ordered them to be apprehended and set out a bounty. An Agency team was dispatched to the Toretto House to capture Mia and Brian. After Mia tells Little Brian to hide while she fought off the soldiers, she was overwhelmed until Jakob arrives and helps her fight off the other agents. In the aftermath of the fight, Mia, Jakob and Little B left the damaged house, with Jakob taking Little B to his safe house in Portugal.

Trivia
- The original Furious 7 script featured Dom stating that he didn't want to rebuild the house as it was time to move on.
- The house made an appearance F9 as Vin Diesel confirmed the series would return to Los Angeles. In the same trailer in which it is seen, a blue 1999 Nissan Skyline GTR R34 which belongs to Brian can be seen pulling into the driveway, which indicates that he is still alive. In the same trailer, Brian is seen on Dom's iPad, finally confirming that Brian is indeed still alive and that the Skyline GTR R34 pulling into the driveway is his car. Despite this, Brian himself was not physically seen onscreen throughout the film.
- For the finale of F9: the back of the house was reconstructed on a stage in London and used blue screen to complete the set and insert Los Angeles. The scene of Brian driving into the driveway was filmed at the real house in Los Angeles and CGI was used to make the house appear under construction.
- Similarly, for Fast X the exterior and interior of the house were all built on a soundstage and used blue screen to complete the driveway and the street through the windows. Filming at the exterior of the house was done for a scene of Charlize Theron driving up in a 2022 DeLorean Alpha5 and for shots of the Agency arriving at the house. The scene involving Charlize Theron getting out of the car used a stunt double with Charlize filming her scenes inside the house and on the front porch on a soundstage.
- The real house still exists and has been divided into three sub-houses.
- During Dom's party, Gran Turismo is shown where it is paused.
