Fusco was a DSS federal agent and a member of Luke Hobbs' Team. He alongside the rest of his teammates were tasked with capturing Dominic Toretto's Crew until he was killed with the rest of his teammates in an ambush staged by corrupt businessman Hernan Reyes.

Rio Mission[]
Fusco was a DSS federal agent who was sent to Rio de Janeiro with fellow DSS agents Wilkes, Chato, and Macroy to apprehend fugitives Dominic Toretto and Brian O'Conner to extradite them back to the United States for imprisonment. After being debriefed by lead agent Luke Hobbs about their mission, Fusco and his teammates prepared themselves with their equipment and saddled up to hunt down Dominic and his crew.
Later, he helped disassemble and consequently reassemble the stolen car in the hope of finding what was missing and finding a lead on the whereabouts of Dominic and his team. Fusco was present during the subsequent chase and killed Reyes' men alongside his fellow agents. He later accompanied Hobbs to the 'meeting' with Toretto and after being threatened by Dom's fellow Brazilian street racers, he and the team leave, but not before Tej Parker placed a tracking device on the agents' truck. After the tracking signal was reversed, Fusco and the rest of Hobbs team turned up at the garage to arrest Mia Toretto, Vince, Brian, and Dom.
Ambush in Rocinha[]
After arresting Dominic, Mia, Brian, and Vince, Fusco and his teammates traveled through the favelas to the airport in preparation for their return to the United States. On their way to the airport, however, they were ambushed by Reyes' men, led by Zizi. One of them fired a rocket-propelled projectile at Fusco's vehicle, sending it hurling off the road. As he lied injured, three grenades were thrown aside him as Hobbs watched helplessly. He casted a final look at his boss before they exploded, killing him. Additionally, his fellow teammates were killed, leaving Hobbs as the sole survivor after Dom and his crew convinced Elena to release them to take out the militants.
Legacy[]
After the death of Fusco and his teammates, Hobbs decided to temporarily put his differences aside with Dominic and his crew to join them in their heist in exchange for killing Hernan to avenge Fusco and their fallen teammates, with Elena also supporting the crew. After Dom and Brian stole the vault from a police station owned by Hernan and a lengthy chase through the streets of Rio that resulted in several instances of collateral damage, Dominic and Brian took out a contingent of corrupt cops and Reyes' remaining men with the vault, which culminated in Hobbs shooting the severely injured Hernan dead in the name of his team after a final showdown on a bridge.
